Please note, that each V-Ray version 3.6 and above can export a .vrscene file that can be rendered in Chaos Cloud. |
Each Chaos Cloud job is rendered with the latest publicly available build of the V-Ray version used to create the original scene, e.g. a scene created with V-Ray Next is rendered with the latest publicly available version of V-Ray Next. |

Chaos Support team provides support for the following products: - V-Ray 6 for: 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, Rhino, Houdini, and Cinema 4D - V-Ray 5 for: 3ds Max, Maya, Houdini, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Cinema 4D All failed jobs created with earlier V-Ray versions will still be automatically refunded. However, issues with such jobs won't be investigated by the Chaos Support teams. |
