This guide is to serve as a reference for the installation of the trial version of Phoenix for 3ds Max.
In order to complete a full installation of Phoenix for 3ds Max, you need to run the provided installer downloaded from the Chaos website.
Obtaining Phoenix for 3ds Max
This section describes the setting up of your account and downloading the trial of Phoenix for 3ds Max.
Creating your account
The first step in obtaining the trial version of Phoenix for 3ds Max is creating an account with us. Go to our Trial download page and click on the Download Phoenix for 3ds Max trial link.
Next, you will be asked to create an account if you do not have one or to Sign In. Creating an account is as simple as providing an Email address, a Username and creating your password.
If you already have an account you will just need to sign in with your credentials:
Downloading the trial version
After signing into the website you will be directed to the Phoenix for 3ds Max trial download screen. You'll need to select a type of trial version. For the Business, Student and Educator types, you'll need to provide a name of an educational institution or a company name.
Click on the START MY TRIAL NOW button.
It will take a few moments while the site processes the request. Please do not click away from the page while it is processing.
Once the site has finished processing the request you should see the message shown below. Click DOWNLOAD TRIAL to be redirected to the download page for Phoenix for 3ds Max.
From there, you will be redirected to the download page for Phoenix for 3ds Max.
From here you can select which version you need to download for your operating system. If you are using Windows you can just click on the Download for Windows button. However, if you are in need of the Linux OS version of Phoenix for 3ds Max click on the Download for other OS link show below.
From this page, you will be able to access the downloads for all other operating systems that Phoenix for 3ds Max can be found in.
Click on the Download button to initiate the download.
